Each year, the club hosting our annual Conference, chooses a local charity as a recipient of any fund raising conducted during the conference. In the past, proceeds from Sgt at Arms fines, raffles, auctions etc. have been donated to a local charity.

Because this year’s event will be virtual, we are asking all registrants to consider making a donation to the Rotary Club of Melfort’s designated local charity, North East Outreach & Support Services known as NEOSS.

East Outreach & Support Services (NEOSS) offers assistance to all people in Northeast Saskatchewan.  Support is given through seven departments: Domestic Violence Shelter, Community Short-Term Receiving Home, Second Stage Housing, Walk-in Counseling, Outreach, Melfort Youth Evolution, and a 24/7 Crisis Line which extends to other provinces and countries. Individuals may access services through NEOSS if they need a safe place, support, advocacy, referrals, someone to talk to, or if they are in crisis.

When completing your online registration, you will be asked if you wish to make a donation to the Host Club’s local charity.  Your generosity is greatly appreciated, and charitable donation (less credit card fees) receipts will be issued.
